Mr. Strouse is the managing partner in The Strouse Law Firm in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. In 2005, 2006 and 2007, he was named one of the top workers’ compensation attorneys in the state of Pennsylvania under the age of 40 by Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Magazine and Law and Politics. Mr. Strouse has a been a featured speaker in many workers’ compensation seminars, offering free advice and information to injured workers, their families and union members concerning the Pennsylvania workers’ compensation laws. He is an active member of the workers’ compensation law section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Strouse focuses his practice to workers’ compensation injuries and personal injuries representing only the interests of the injured. Mr. Strouse does not represent insurance companies or employers nor does he represent the interest of medical professionals, businesses or trade organizations. He is a 1988 Bald Eagle-Nittany graduate, a 1992 cum laude graduate of Lock Haven University and received his J.D. in 1996 from Widener University School of Law.

David A. Strouse, Esq.
David Strouse is a general partner in The Strouse Law Firm, whose areas of practice include Family Law, Criminal Law, Real Estate, and Civil Litigation. David also works as a Special Public Defender for Clinton County and as a Guardian Ad Litem for cases involving Clinton County Children & Youth Services. David also offers a variety of services to small businesses and organizations. David is a member of the American Bar Association, The Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is the secretary of the Clinton County Bar Association. David is also a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and Omicron Delta Kappa. David is a 1999 graduate of Bald Eagle-Nittany High School, a 2003 distinguished graduate from The Pennsylvania State University-Altoona where he received a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and he received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2006.
